1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions

phlvip services are intended exclusively for users located in the Philippines. By using the phlvip Platform, you confirm that you are accessing the service from within Philippine territory. Users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are not permitted to register or use phlvip services.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

phlvip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. 4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

7. Account Suspension and Termination

phlvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Failure to provide requested identity or source-of-funds documentation;
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Use of the Platform in a manner that damages or could damage phlvip's reputation or business;
• Inactivity for an extended period (as defined by phlvip's dormant account policy).

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked and any remaining account balance may be forfeited, depending on the reason for termination. You may request withdrawal of any legitimate balance prior to account closure, subject to verification and compliance with all applicable terms.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting phlvip customer support. Self-exclusion options are available for users who wish to restrict their access to the Platform for responsible gaming reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials available on the phlvip Platform (collectively, "Content") are the property of phlvip or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phlvip, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if phlvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phlvip's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your phlvip account in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phlvip makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the phlvip Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before pursuing any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting phlvip customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
